for diabetic patient u must know how to maintain ur glucose level in ur body- 1. ur must do regular exercise such as jogging,aerobic. 2. reduce ur cabohydrate intake such as rice,bread.u cant take diabetic bread,oat,fruits-apple 3.ur must ovoid to take sugar in ur life because it can increase ur glucose level. 4.do regular check up such as go to clinic or u can check at home by us dextrose meter. that all,thanx...........

1. regular exercise around 20 minutes daily. Better combine aerobic n anaerobic. 2. reduce calorie intake.

and freaquent meal...6meals per day...kebiasaannya lah and dont forget to take medicine as doctor sugest...if insulin...30 minute before meals... do you know that fibre can delay glucose absorbtion...? and membuatkan kite cepat kenyang.... ----------------- no pain..no gain..
