Assalaimu`alaikum kepada semua saudara-saudara AKAD yang Islam dan yang masih belum Islam.
AKAD redirectkan email saudara Tahir Ali untuk bacaan semua.
Untuk pengenalan, Ketua Wanita Jamaah Islah Malaysia (JIM); atau Bahasa Inggerisnya, ("Reform Society of Malaysia") yang membuat pembentangan di UN New York baru-baru ini ialah Profesor Madya dari Harlina Halizah Siraj, Pakar sakit Puan (Gynaecologist), Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. AKAD selaku ahli teras aktif seumur hidup, perkumpulan bernama Jamaah Islah Malaysia (JIM) ini, amat bersyukur kepada ALLAH Yang memiliki jiwa AKAD di dalam genggamanNya; dan berbesar hati atas penghormatan yang ALLAH berikan kepada beliau dan pasukan beliau... Semoga JIM ini, bergabung tenaga beserta perkumpulan lain seperti; Abim, Haluan, Isma, MACMA (Malaysia Chinese Muslim Association), MIMA (Malaysian Indian Muslim Association), dan lain-lain yang tak sempat disebutkan di sini, menjadi arus perdana kepada usaha -usaha mendidik masyarakat Islam, dan yang belum Islam, agar memahami Islam dengan sebenar-benarnya dan bersangka baik terhadap Islam; dan selesa menjadikan Islam sebagai payung tempat mereka bernaung di bawahnya... Alhamdulillah seronok tengok Wanita JIM "taking the
fight to Marina Mahathir" hatta ke peringkat
antarabangsa. Cuma BBC dan media di Barat ni makin
cenderung untuk mengutamakan berita2 sensational.
Marina sedar ni dan menggunakan istilah apartheid
untuk "mensensational"kan pandangan beliau. Saya harap
BBC menyiarkan pandangan Wanita JIM cuba saya rasa
harapan tipis.
Agak2 ada baiknya kalau siaran media ni memperkenalkan
"Reform Society of Malaysia" ni sikit (ana cukup suka
translation JIM ni) agar menonjolkan bahawa Marina
represents no one but herself sedangkan Wanita JIM ada
consitutency...?
